　　【摘 要】 实践社群之所以是一种能很好地促进默会知识转移和转化的群体环境，不仅是因为它本身的特点，还因为它们主张一种独特的知识观。论文首先阐述实践社群的特点，然后讨论实践社群理论的知识观，最后以个人携带的文化因素这种默会知识为例，阐述实践社群环境中的默会知识转移和转化机制。

　　【Abstracts】 Communities of practice is an important environment of group for promoting the transfer and transformation of tacit knowledge, which is not only because of its own characteristics but also because it holds an especial perspective of knowledge. This paper expounds some characteristics of communities of practice firstly, and then discusses the perspective of knowledge that the theory of communities of practice holds, and at last elaborates the mechanism of the transfer and transformation of tacit knowledge in the environment of communities of practice, which is based on the example of cultural elements that someone holds as a kind of tacit knowledge.
