　　【摘 要】 论文选取Web of Science数据库进行数据检索，利用CiteSpaceⅡ和SATI分析工具对国外近五十年公共信息服务研究的论文进行定量统计，发现国外公共信息服务研究比较分散，大多为孤立研究，持续跟踪研究较少，并侧重于用户、服务机构、管理政策以及服务评估这四方面。通过对近十五年国外公共信息服务进展的分析，为我国公共信息服务领域的研究和发展提供有价值的借鉴。

　　【Abstracts】 Based on the Web of Science, this paper counts nearly fifty years of foreign papers about public information service by CiteSpaceⅡ and SAT I tools, finding that the foreign public information service is scattered, mostly isolated research, lack of follow-up study, and focus on a critical analysis of foreign public information services in the last fifteen years of research in terms of users, service agencies, management policies as well as service evaluation. By analysis of the public information service progress for nearly 15 years abroad, it hopes to provide valuable lessons for the research and development of the field of China's public information service.
