　　【摘 要】 当代图书馆学与图书馆事业面临着不容回避的困境和危机,着力加强图书馆学基础研究是当代图书馆学人的历史使命和社会责任。应尽快确定图书馆学的“核心论域”，坚持本质研究的科学逻辑，加快推动当代图书馆学的科学化发展。

　　【Abstracts】 Facing the predicament and crisis of library science and the library cause in the contemporary，strengthening the basic research of library science is the historical mission and social responsibility，this paper holds that we should as soon as possible to determine the "core domain"，insisting the essence researching logic to promote scientific development of library science
