　　【摘 要】 论文分析不同时期图书馆第一职能、核心职业和图书馆学核心内容的变迁，论定图书馆正在从现代向后现代时代转变，其最主要的职能正在从信息向教育转变。提出教育职能是后现代图书馆的第一职能，后现代图书馆是学习中心，后数字图书馆是E-learning中心。E-learning联盟是后现代图书馆协同创新的新平台。

　　【Abstracts】 This paper analyzes the first function, core profession and change of core content of library science in different periods, and proves library is in the process of post-modern library. The main function for library goes from information to education. It proposes educational function is the post-modern library's first function. The post-modern library is a learning center. Post-digital library is an E-learning center. E-learning consortia is the new platform for post-modern library's collaborative innovation.
