　　【摘 要】 论文通过对图书馆服务危机的定义和表现的分析，追究其服务危机产生的根源，将图书馆服务危机置身于数字时代的背景下，总结并重新审视其新的特点，给出数字环境下图书馆服务危机管理策略。
