　　【摘 要】 图书馆学作为一门深受信息技术和国家政策影响的应用性学科，研究内容不断拓宽和深化，学科地位逐渐上升，尤其是近年来的快速发展引起了相关学科的广泛关注。论文通过分析2012年度国家社科基金中图情档领域的项目名称，并与项目课题指南进行对比，归纳总结出新一年度图书馆学的研究热点和特征分布，提出几点合理性的建议。

　　【Abstracts】 As an applied science, library science is deeply affected by the information technology and national policies. Its study con-tents are continuously expanding, and its discipline status rose gradually,especially the rapid development in recent years has caused widespread concern by related disciplines. This paper analyzes the 2012 annual National Social Science Fund Project in the field of LIS, and compares with the project subject guide, summarizes the research focus and characteristics distribution of the new annual library science, puts forward several reasonable recommendations.
