【摘 要】 在信息化社会下，图书馆要寻求新的发展机遇。智库在决策咨询中起了很大的作用，图书馆可以借鉴智库的工作特点，建立自己的智库，并因此建立相应的机构库知识库，让智库、高校、科研机构的学术资源能够开放获取并得到共享，保持机构知识库的活力。

【Abstracts】 Under the environment of information society, the library must look for the new developing opportunities. Think-tank has played a role in decision-making consultation, so library could mirror the working characters of the think-tank, and set up its own think-tank and the relevant institutional repository. Let academic resources of think-tanks, universities and research institutes to be accessed openly and shared to keep the institutional repository lively.
