【摘 要】 基于对我国“两化融合”现状的调查分析，论文构建了“两化融合”评估指标体系，然后运用层次分析法（AHP）和灰色评估法，对2010年全国及各省份“两化融合”水平进行了综合评估，最后，针对目前存在的问题提出可行性的实施对策。

【Abstracts】 Base on the investigating and analysis of our country's current situation of “the integration of the industrialization and in-formatization”, this paper establishes an objective index system for assessing“the integration of the industrialization and informatization”. Then, it assesses and analyzes the level of “the integration of industrialization and informatization”of our country and provinces in 2010 com-prehensively by using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) and gray evaluation method. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, it puts forward some feasibility implementing measures.
