从社会资本理论视角看学科馆员与高校教师的合作

【摘 要】 论文基于社会资本理论,分别从结构性维度、认知性维度、关系性维度分析学科馆员与高校教师合作的现象,在此基础上指出,要提高双方合作的效率,首先必须触发双方结构性维度的建立,建立起学科馆员与教师的联系,进而加大和强化双方非正式交流的频率,从而促进两方向关系性维度发展。

Abstracts Based on the theory of social capital, this paper analyzes the cooperation between subject librarians and college teachers from structural dimension, cognitive dimension and relational dimension. On the basis of the previous analysis, it points out that in order to improve the cooperation's efficiency, it must touch off both sides' structural dimension's setting-up at first, set up the subject librarians' connection with teachers, and then strengthen both sides' unofficial exchanging frequency, thus promote relational dimension's development in two directions.
