从“实践”到“理论”：“图书馆精神”“公共性”价值的重要性

　　【摘 要】 论文从凸显图书馆公共性的价值与影响力的两个典型事件切入，论述了理论图书馆精神的实质与内在精髓其实就是图书馆的公共性，而实践图书馆精神的现象和外在形式其实也是图书馆的公共性；论文最后提出理论要向上走、实践要往下去的问题。

　　【Abstracts】 Reviewing the two typical incidents which highlight the library's public value and influence, this paper describes that the essence and the inner marrow of theory library spirit is actually the library's public， and the phenomenon and the external form of practice library spirit is also the library's public. Finally， it puts forward the problem that theory need to leave upwards， and practice need to go down.
