联合虚拟参考咨询服务的知识管理体系研究

【摘 要】 论文将以人为本的知识管理理念应用于联合虚拟参考咨询,并引入知识系统工程的思想,以知识的处理过程为主线,构建联合虚拟参考咨询服务的知识管理体系,旨在为图书馆间的合作搭建一个平台,实现资源、专家和服务的共享。

【Abstracts】 Applied people-oriented concept of knowledge management to the collaborative virtual reference service, and based on the thought of knowledge system engineering, this paper constructs a knowledge management system of collaborative virtual reference service according to the process of knowledge, aiming at setting up a platform of cooperative among the libraries, as well as realizing the sharing of re-sources, expertise, and services.
