我国公共图书馆领导的网络调查与分析

　　【摘 要】 论文通过对公共图书馆网站的调查，描述了我国公共图书馆领导情况，并从组织结构、职称和学历、年龄和任职时间、图书馆领导的选拔等方面进行了分析，在一些方面还与美国进行了比较，最后提出了几点建议，以期为完善我国公共图书馆网站上对领导信息的公布提供借鉴。

　　【Abstracts】 This paper describes some information about public library leaders in China though the investigation to the websites of these public libraries, analyzes the leaders' information from institutional framework, professional title and education, age and tenure, election models as well, comparing with some American public libraries in certain aspects. At last, it puts forward some suggestions to serve as refer-ences for perfecting the publication of leaders' information on the websites of our public libraries.
