　　【摘 要】 论文针对知识产权管理研究的现实需求，基于相关论著的核心内容阐释，分析了国内外知识产权管理的研究现状，提出了知识产权管理研究内容体系的九大方面。

　　【Abstracts】 Aimed at the reality needs of intellectual property management research, and based on the contents explanation about re-lated works, this paper analyzes the research status of intellectual property management in our country and abroad, and puts forward nine re-spects of the content system of intellectual property management research.
