国外开放存取自存档政策分析

【摘 要】 论文探讨制定自存档政策的必要性，对国外现有的自存档政策进行分类，并以美国颁布的几种自存档政策为例分析了其主要内容，以期对我国制定自存档政策有所借鉴。

【Abstracts】 This paper researched the necessary of establishing the self-archiving policy, classified the existing self-archiving policies abroad, and analyzed the main contents of the policies published by United States with the expectation to help our country with establishing the self-archiving policy.
