关于变革公共图书馆管理体制的若干思考

【摘 要】 围绕如何建立全覆盖的公共图书馆服务体系这一中心问题，对若干地区公共图书馆体系建设情况进行介绍和评价，并针对当前公共图书馆建设中存在的主要问题，指出应当变革现行的公共图书馆管理体制，实行总分馆制。

【Abstracts】 Focusing on the complete coverage of public library systems, this paper describes and assesses the construction of public library systems in multiple areas of China. Aiming at the current main problems in the construction of public library, It points out that it is necessary to reform the current management systems of public library and to implement the main-branch library system.
