“联邦制”城市图书馆服务体系研究
——以宁波城市图书馆服务体系建设为例

　　【摘　 要】  论文在分析中国城市图书馆服务体系现状的基础上，结合宁波市的实践，对“联邦制”城市图书馆服务体系建设模式进行研究。认为“联邦制”城市图书馆服务体系比“总分馆制”城市公共图书馆服务体系更加适合中国国情。作者主张在中国宜用“城市图书馆服务体系”替代“城市公共图书馆服务体系”，用“联邦制”替代国外的“总分馆制”模式。

　　【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing library's current situation of service system, the author analyzed the mode of federalism service system in city library according to the practice in Ningbo. It believed that the federalism is more suitable than main-branch library system contrast to the actual situations of China. The author maintained it's better to use city library service system instead of city public library service system, and federalism instead of main-branch library system.
