公共图书馆网建设要实行规范化管理

　　【摘　 要】  论文针对公共图书馆“分馆”建设热潮，从坚持公共图书馆的职能定位、根据国情推行公共图书馆总/分馆制、厘清“流动图书馆”本义三个方面,论述了实行规范化管理以确保公共图书馆网建设可持续发展的必要性。

　　【Abstract】 Aiming at the construction upsurge of 'branch library' of public library, from insisting three aspects, that is, functional positioning of public library, pursuing public library's general/branch library system according to the national conditions, clarifying the original meaning of 'bookmobile', it discusses the necessity of implement of standardized management in order to guarantee the sustainable development of public library net's building.
