一种全新的学术评价方法——h指数

　　【摘　 要】  论文围绕一种全新的学术评价方法——h指数，从h指数的提出谈起，阐述它对期刊的评价和衡量机制，分析其对论文作者个人学术成就的评价原理，并和传统的学术科研评价体系进行比较，在充分肯定其进步意义的基础上指出其存在的缺陷和不足之处，预测其未来发展趋势。

　　【Abstract】 This paper focus on a new academic evaluation methods - h index， from its proposition to its journal evaluation and measurement mechanisms， analyses its assessment principle to individual academic achievement， compares it with the traditional academic research and evaluation system. Based on the full recognition of its progress and pointing out its shortcomings and inadequacies， it predicts its future trends.
