图书馆的核心价值及其制度保障研究

　　【摘　要】　论文提出图书馆的核心价值是它的文化传承功能；从图书馆的文化传承功能角度分析可以看出，我国图书馆事业存在着发展不平衡、管理混乱、经费不足、人员结构不合理等诸多问题；图书馆事业的法律化和制度化是实现图书馆核心价值的根本保障。

　　【Abstract】 This paper points out that the function of culture passing down is the core value of library; By analyzing the library's function of culture passing down, we can find many problems in the library undertaking of our country, such as no-balance development, management bedlam, short of money, unright of staff's composition, etc; The building of law and system of library enterprise is the fundamental guarantee for  the realization of library core value.
