图书馆核心职业的变迁与图书馆学发展

　　【摘　要】　论文提出了图书馆核心职业的概念，分析了图书馆核心职业的变迁，指出图书馆学专业教育的宗旨是培养从事图书馆核心职业的合格馆员，而以知识管理（信息管理）为对象的图书馆学专业教育同第三代图书馆核心职业———社会交流的要求并不一致。

　　【Abstract】 This paper proposes the concept of the core profession in library and analyzes the variance of it. It points out that the education for library science aims to train qualified librarian. The education which is targeted at the knowledge management (information management) deviates from the demands of the third generation—social communication.
