　　【摘 要】 出声思维法是研究网络用户信息行为的一种有效方法，目前国内外已有不少使用出声思维法取得研究成果的案例。它具有获取数据真实、可靠、高效等优点，但同时也存在一些缺点，需要与问卷调查、访谈等方法结合使用。

　　【Abstracts】 Think-aloud is an effective method of studying information behavior of Internet users. Currently at home and abroad, there are many successful cases obtained by using think-aloud method. Think-aloud is proved to be accurate, reliable, efficient and so on. But it also has some shortcomings. It needs to be used combined with the questionnaires and the interviews, etc.
