【摘 要】 论文通过Web of Science（WOS）引文数据库，对国际个性化信息服务学术文献进行计量分析，划分该领域的发展阶段，获取相关的学科和研究机构；利用引文编年可视化软件HistCite，绘制个性化信息服务研究领域文献的引文编年图，识别该研究领域的重要文献，揭示其发展历程和引文规律；利用社会网络分析工具UCINET构建高频词共词网络图谱，挖掘出该领域的研究热点；利用引文分析可视化软件CiteSpaceⅡ，构建研究前沿时区图谱，揭示个性化信息服务研究的发展趋势，以期为相关研究者提供参考。

【Abstracts】 According to WOS, this paper studies information service based on the literature metrology, divides the field of this devel-opment stage, finds the related discipline and research institutions; draws the citation figure and identifies the important document based on the HistCite; constructs the high frequency words network map and finds the hotspot by UCINET; then according to time zone view by CiteSpaceⅡ, discusses the trend of the next stage of personalized information service study in the hope of providing reference for relevant researchers.
