网络时代高校图书馆外刊资源的管理

　　【摘　要】　论文针对网络技术广泛应用的实际情况，提出要合理建设各种外刊资源，实现外刊资源共建、共知与共享，利用网络加强外刊资源深层次开发从而为用户提供全方位服务，旨在对网络时代外刊资源建设做一些探索和尝试，以适应读者的需求。

　　【Abstract】 Aiming to the growing use of network technology, this article focuses on three questions-to develop reasonably all kinds of foreign periodicals and network resources; to realize foreign periodicals co-construction and sharing; to reinforce on further development aided by network and to provide all-round services for the users. The papers hopes to do a little try and exploration on the foreign periodi-cal development in the network age and cater for the needs of the readers.
