职称制度改革背景下的基层公共图书馆人才队伍建设研究

    摘    基层图书馆围绕职称评聘和人才建设引发的系列问题和矛盾,影响着图书馆工作质量、创新创优和事业发展。论文通过对基层公共图书馆职称评聘现状、人才建设存在问题进行分析研究,提出了基层公共图书馆职称评聘和人才建设优化途径的建议和思路。

Research on the Building of Talents Team of Grass-roots Public Libraries in the Background of the Reform of Professional Title System

    Abstract  The series problems and contradictions has occurred around the grass-roots public library professional title system and the talents construction evaluation, and it is currently affecting the quality of library work, innovation and career development. This paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of professional title system and the talents construction evaluation of grass-roots public library, and proposes optimizing suggestions and ideas.
