The Research of Public Library Personnel Performance Evaluation Under the Environment of Informatization

Abstract Based on the characteristics of public library personnel under the environment of informatization, this paper selects evaluation indicators of public library personnel performance. Using cluster analysis and factor analysis to establish the public library personnel performance evaluation model, and combined with the survey data to carry the analysis and empirical test. The study found that job performance, ability index, ideological quality and working attitude of the four common factors are all key indicators which affect the performance evaluation of public library personnel, and can be used to provide the reference for building the scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of public library professional.
