On the Labor Dispatching Management of Library based on the Practice of NLC
Abstract Labor dispatch has become the main measure to solve the problem of short of staff in library, but the current situation of a large number of employees, good personal qualities and insufficient stability has caused more difficulties in the management of labor dispatch. So this paper gives some strategies in recruitment procedure, incentive mechanism, training content and method, and personal development to optimize the management.
