Practice and Thinking on the Integration into the General Education of University Library

Abstract From the origin and background of general education, combining with the readers’ qualitative research of face-to–face in-depth interviews，this paper states the university students’ understanding about university library integrating into general education, while analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by university libraries in general education, and gives the suggestions to the librarians concerning relative issues according to the general education practice of Beihang University Library.
