北京地方高校图书馆社会化服务模式构想

  摘  论文分析了北京公共图书馆与地方高校图书馆各自发展的现状,将高校图书馆体系划分为四个等级,还简要分析了社会各界对信息与知识的需求情况,将需求结构划分为四种类型。通过将64所北京地方高校图书馆作为调查对象,并对其网站主页上公布的针对校外读者接待规定进行调查分析的方法,结合北京地区高校图书馆的特点,提出“4+4”实践模式,即“四个等级的图书馆针对四种类型的社会需求,分别提供不同的社会化服务”的新模式。

  Conception of Service Model of the Local University Library Socialization Service in Beijing

  Abstract This analyzes the status quo of Beijing public libraries and the local university libraries and their development, divides the university library system into four levels. It briefly analyzes the demand for information and knowledge from all walks of life, and divides the demand structure into four types. Taking 64 Beijing university libraries as a research object, by using the website homepage on off-campus readers reception regulation method for investigation and analysis, and combined with the characteristics of university libraries in Beijing area, it puts forward the practice model of "4 + 4", namely the new model of "four levels of libraries for four types of social needs, which providing the different social service".
