我国高校图书馆学位论文数据库开放程度的调研报告

　　【摘　 要】  论文通过国内上网的高校图书馆主页调研各高校学位论文全文数据库的建设和开放使用以及版权保护情况，提出了若干有关学位论文全文数据库开放和使用的建议。

　　【Abstract】 By investigating the construction and open using and copyright protection of all full-text dissertation databases in university library homepages, this paper gives some suggestions about the opening and using of full-text dissertation databases.
