“快速评价法”初探

　　【摘　要】  论文在提出“快速评价法”概念的基础上，阐述了快速评价法在筛选评价指标和确定评价算法时的基本原则，介绍了快速评价法的评价过程，对快速评价法的评价结果可靠性进行了验证。

　　【Abstract】 On the bases of putting forward the definition of Rapid Assessment, this paper expounds its basic principles on how to filter assessing index and how to confirm algorithm, presents the procedure of Rapid Assessment, and demonstrates the reliability of its assessing results.
