关于西部地区自建特色文献数据库的思考

　　【摘  要】  论文介绍了西部地区的地域特色、民族特色和文献特色，分析了西部地区的特色文献资源和数据库建设现状，提出了建设西部地区特色文献数据库的有效途径。

　　【Abstract】 This paper presents territorial characteristic in western region of China, characteristic of minorities and characteristic of document. It analyzes the present situation about characteristic literature resource and construction of characteristic database, and provides effective ways to construct database of characteristic document in western China.
