我国数据库特殊权利保护制度的构建及其对数字图书馆的影响研究

　　【摘　要】　论文介绍了国外数据库特殊权利保护的现状和主要内容，论述了我国建立数据库特殊权利保护制度的可行性和必然性，并对数据库特殊权利在数字图书馆中的应用进行了探讨。
