　　【摘　要】　论文介绍了加拿大和美国电子政府信息资源管理的经验，以期对国内电子政府信息资源建设有所启示，并提出了若干值得关注的问题。

　　【Abstract】 This paper introduces the management experiences of Canadian and American electronic government information resources to inspire the construction of our electronic government information resources， and proposes several problems that deserve the concern.
