建立地方特色资源　服务地方政府决策——谈谈“媒体看温州”全文数据库的建设

　　【Abstract】 This paper probes into the establishment of full text database of “Viewing Wenzhou from Mass Media”,which is made by Wenzhou City library,including its significant sense,construction base,data collecting and handling,construction of database along with the marketplace of database products.
