【摘 要】 论文是《开放·合作·共享·服务——联合参考咨询的实践探索与社会反馈》一书的书评,它指出该书出版问世值得称道,具有研究推广价值,给人很多启示:促进图书馆发展方式的转变,提供图书馆文化资源共享的成功经验,凝聚图书馆服务与读者需求的关注点,培育图书馆从事网络咨询服务的团队,彰显图书馆服务社会化的发展前景。

Abstracts This paper is the book review of Opening·Cooperation·Sharing·Service-On the Practices Exploitation and Social Feedbacks of the Combined Reference and Consultation. It points out that the book's publishing and appearance worthes praising. The book is worth studying and popularizing and can give us much enlightenment,such as promoting the library to change the way of development,offering successful experience of cultural resource-sharing to the library,condensing the attentions of library service and reader's demand, fostering the group engaged in network reference service of the library, reflecting the development prospect of the socialized service of the library.
