高校图书馆员“知书”“识人”的思考

  【摘  要】  现代图书馆的整个运行机制是面向服务的,要做好服务工作必须落实“知书”与“识人”的核心理念。做到了解馆藏,了解知识;了解读者,研究读者。真正做到“知书”、“识人”。必须具备较高的职业素养——优秀的专业知识、技能以及优秀的品德修养,只有不断提高自己的职业素养,才能成为一名真正的图书馆员。

  【Abstract】 The whole operation system of modern libraries is service-oriented. To improve the services, it is necessary for the librarians to realize the core concept on "Knowledge-learning" and "Readers Identification", to understand library collections, knowledge, readers and research readers. To reach the goals of "Knowledge-learning" and "Readers Identification", librarians should be equipped with high vocational attainment, i.e., profound professional knowledge, skills and good moral and virtues. To become a good librarian, one needs to improve his vocational accomplishment constantly.
