　　Abstract  Cultural work should always put safety in the first place. Safety first is the people first. To ensure the safety of cultural work, the construction of cultural facilities should adhere to the red line of safety, and safety production responsibility system should be fully implemented, and the prevention idea of the “hidden trouble is an accident” should be established.
