　　摘 要  南京“书香社会”发展特点体现为起步较早基础坚固、文化名家热心阅读推广、民间力量使得书香远飘等。制约因素在于未有立法配套规范和相关条例出台、传统书文化衰落、未能形成合力系统等五个方面，可从规范机制、合力机制、评价机制三个层面来探讨“书香社会”的深化发展策略。

Reconsideration on the Strategy of the In-depth Development of “Scholarly Society”: Taking “Scholarly Nanjing” Construction as an Example

　　Abstract  “Scholarly Society” of Nanjing is characterized by the development of solid foundation for the early start. The cultural masters enthusiastically promote reading, and the folk power makes scholarly floating far away. The restriction factor lies in the absence of the supporting legislation and related regulations, the decline of the traditional book culture, the failure to form a cohesive system and so on. It can explore the deepening development of the “Scholarly Society” from three levels: the standard mechanism, the combined force mechanism and the evaluation mechanism.
