　　摘 要  海牙中国文化中心是中国与荷兰深入合作交往的新桥梁，是中华文化走出去的新阵地，是江苏同荷兰开展文化和经贸交流的新通道。江苏要当好“一带一路”的文化使者，讲好江苏故事，传播中国声音，为“一带一路”建设夯实民意基础贡献力量。

Play Jiangsu Cultural Advantage to Promote the One Belt, One Road Strategy

　　Abstract  The Hague Chinese Cultural Center is a new bridge between China and Holland for in-depth cooperation and communication. It is a new front for the Chinese culture to go out and a new channel for Jiangsu to carry out cultural and economic exchanges with Holland. Jiangsu should be the cultural ambassador of One Belt, One Road and present Jiangsu story and Chinese voice, and contribute to build a solid foundation of public opinion for the construction of One Belt, One Road.
