　　Abstract Cultural front leading cadres should firmly establish the idea of lifelong learning, strengthen the study of the political theory and China’s excellent traditional culture; adhere to the self-study, pay attention to knowledge update, stand on the frontiers of knowledge, work professionally; be good at seizing the point, grasping the key, and have a clear objective, study deeply and practice basic skills well, so as to learn for practice and thinking.
