NL is open seven days a week. All people are welcome to visit NL free of charge no matter they’re scholars, teachers, students, or businessmen.

·For a personal visitor, you need to register at the premise and provide your valid proof of identification with your photo attached such as the citizen ID, employee card, student card, and driving license etc.

·For a group or visitor on behalf of an organization or institute you’re expected to make appointment in advance with our Chief Librarian’s Office at:
